All CLAN support and wellbeing centres have an information area, with CLAN House in Aberdeen holding an extensive range of information. Visitors are free to come in and browse through our wide range of cancer related books, booklets and leaflets. You are welcome to borrow any of the materials.
There is always someone on hand to help you access information on all aspects of cancer. Booklets and information about specific cancers and more general information on, for example, hair loss and diet, are freely available.
If you are unable to visit the centre in person we will be happy to send items to you in the post. Information is also available by calling 01224 647000 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our local support and wellbeing centres also have information resources, a small lending library and access to all the materials available in CLAN House.
Benefits Advice & Help
A free confidential service is available at CLAN House through the Grampian Macmillan Cancer Centre Project. This not only offers benefits advice but also handles enquiries relating to housing, employment, debt and other practical issues.
We can signpost to organisations that might be able to help people address any legal issues they may have and help them decide how best to proceed. For example, writing of wills, legacy giving and powers of attorney.
Stay up to date on what CLAN is doing from the comfort of your favourite social media site!
