CLAN House will host fortnightly Mindfulness classes from 10th April.
Held within CLAN House, between 12.15pm and 1.00pm, the sessions are open to clients and support volunteers.
The 45 minute sessions are aimed at helping you change the way you think about different experiences, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Come along to our group to learn about mindfulness and explore different mindfulness techniques, including meditation, breathing and gentle movement.
