CLAN will be holding a series of mindfulness sessions throughout January and February at CLAN House.
The sessions are open to clients, volunteers, practitioners and staff members. The sessions will last around 30 minutes.
The sessions are an opportunity to find out more, how it is practiced and how it can help you. You will be guided in two short meditations and given simple suggestions for how you can practice mindfulness at home.
