Ride the North is a cycling challenge in the beautiful scenery of the Grampian Highlands in the North East of Scotland.
The event is not a race nor a sportive, it a challenge ride which celebrates the love of cycling and the scenery in this part of Scotland. There will be a refreshment stations every 20 miles or so and we work in partnership with the local communities to ensure you are well looked after along the way. The route is always on the backroads of North East Scotland, in the foothills of the Grampian Highlands (between Aberdeen and Inverness). The route has changed each year, however the exact route will be posted about 2-3 weeks from the event, but you can expect 170-175 miles with a mix of hills and some easier sections.
