Support Group Meetings

Our support group meetings offer friendship and support to anyone living with cancer, their family members, carers and close friends.  There is usually a guest speaker and there is always plenty time to meet with and chat to others.  We have two groups - one in Lerwick, one in Brae.

First Tuesday of the month from 7.00 pm in the CLAN Centre, Lerwick.  (Please note there is no meeting in Lerwick in August; all welcome to attend Brae meeting)
Third Sunday of the month 2.30 - 4.30 pm in the North Haven Care Centre, Brae (Please note there is not meeting in Brae in July or December; all welcome to attend Lerwick meeting)

Drop-In for Information and Support

Our regular drop-in sessions offer an opportunity for one-to-one support and access to information about cancer related issues.   Our drop-in is open to anyone living with cancer, their family members, carers and close friends.

Monday, Thursday & Friday (10.00 am - 4.00 pm) and Saturday (10.00 am - 1.00 pm) at the CLAN Centre in Lerwick (access via St Magnus Street)
 

Health & Wellbeing

We offer Reflexology, Reiki and Visualisation in the CLAN Centre in Lerwick.  We also offer Reiki in Unst, Yell and Fetlar.  For further details or to make an appointment please call 01595 720320.
