CLAN is an independent charity for anyone affected by any type of cancer at any time from diagnosis onwards. Whether affected personally, as a carer, family member or close friend, our services are available to you.
Based at CLAN House in Aberdeen, we cover the whole of Grampian, Orkney and Shetland. Some of our services are available to people living outside these areas, specifically CLAN Haven and the CLAN Holiday Home.

 Shetland CLAN Appeal reaches £365,000
(July 2009)  The Shetland CLAN House Committee is delighted to announce that its local appeal has raised £365,000 in just eleven months.  A concerted effort by the Shetland community has achieved what had been thought unachievable.  Every day of the year people in Shetland are faced with and have to deal with cancer and for each of those days more than £1,000 has been raised.  Read more ...

Ian Hustwick launches second book of walks in Deeside
(June 2009)  CLAN will benefit thanks to the support of Ian Hustwick, who has recently launched his second book featuring the best that Deeside has to offer.  Glen Shee to Morven is a guide to 21 walks throughout Deeside, featuring routes in Glen Tanar, Glen Muick and the hills overlooking Glen Shee.  Read more ...
